



Golf Fitness - How It Changed My Game!
After making the decision to take golf more seriously fitness quickly became a big part of my daily training routine. Over a year I dramatically changed both my physique and the way in which I swing a golf club. Core and functional training helped develop a much stronger, tighter swing.
My interest in training grew and last year I qualified as a personal trainer, specialising in golf fitness. Over the next few months I would like to share the exercises that really helped make a difference and hopefully they will do the same for you.
