Guess What??? We're on the telly!!!

Show Me The Golf now has a weekly slot on Setanta Golf. The first episode aired on January 6th...if you missed it, you can catch it on our website www.showmethegolf.tv. It's packed with a load of great stuff including Sam Torrence taking on our riveting '5 Of Clubs' challenge and our very own doctor Nick reveals the brand new Tiger Woods Nike golf shoes!!

Golf Fitness - How It Changed My Game!

After making the decision to take golf more seriously fitness quickly became a big part of my daily training routine. Over a year I dramatically changed both my physique and the way in which I swing a golf club. Core and functional training helped develop a much stronger, tighter swing. 

My interest in training grew and last year I qualified as a personal trainer, specialising in golf fitness. Over the next few months I would like to share the exercises that really helped make a difference and hopefully they will do the same for you.

What could be more fun?.....as if golf isn't challenging enough! SNOWGOLF - the oppurtunity for all golf fans to experience their favourite sport at it's finest.  I don't know about you but I would personally love to give it a try, at least you have a great excuse if it doesn't quite go to plan which we all know is a vital part of the game.

I'm rather upset I didn't come across this little gem earlier as I would have dragged the Show me the golf team over there! I can only imagine the laughs and mockery it would have undoubtably created.
